These Terms of Service govern your use of pmboxes.com and any quote, order or purchase you make with PMBoxes. By placing an order or approving a quote, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and pricing
Online estimates are for reference only. Your formal quote confirms final pricing based on your exact size, materials, finishes, quantity and artwork. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes and duties unless stated.
Orders, artwork and proofs
- Production begins only after you approve a digital proof (and a physical sample, if requested) and your payment terms are met.
- You are responsible for checking spelling, dimensions, colors and layout on your proof. Errors approved on a proof are not grounds for a reprint or refund.
- Printed colors may vary slightly from on-screen colors and from previous runs. Minor variations in color, cutting and quantity (typically up to ±5%) are normal in custom packaging production.
- You confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, images and text you provide, and you agree to hold PMBoxes harmless from any claim that your artwork infringes someone else’s rights.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quote or at checkout. We may require a deposit before production. Orders are not shipped until payment is received in full, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Production and shipping
Production and delivery times are estimates that start after proof approval and payment. Delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control do not entitle you to cancel an order already in production. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Cancellations, returns and defects
Because custom-printed boxes are made to your specifications, they cannot be cancelled once production starts and are non-returnable unless defective. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will repair, reprint or refund the affected units at our option. Stock (non-custom) items may be returned as described on our Shipping & Returns page.
Samples and intellectual property
We may photograph finished packaging for our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Website content, designs and templates created by PMBoxes remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or launch delays.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
